i knowwwwwwwww this feeling all too well from my time in spanish town, minus the bike, plus extra heat from being upstairs without central anything.
i'm newly car-less... & walked to & from work on monday (25 minutes each way) & when i got home that evening, i stripped as soon as i walked in & just sat here crying because the dog was whining to be taken out & i just couldn't catch my breath quick enough to go right back out in that heat.
